Our Story
Hi, I’m Gail, the founder of Your Forever Day.
Weddings & technology have come a long way since I got married. How I wish we had the awesome photoshoots and gorgeous dresses that you have now. Oh, but we did have shoulder pads and big hair 🙂
Although wedding websites are a relatively new concept, especially in Australia, I believe it’s the way of the future. Especially now with everything else having to go online.
I came across this concept about 3 years ago. As a developing web designer, I was continually upskilling and researching new trends. That’s when I discovered wedding websites were very popular in the U.S., so I wanted to put them to the test here in Australia.
I also wanted to put my own spin on them. All of the sites that I found that offered wedding websites were DIY fill-in-the-blanks templates, all very similar to each other. I wanted to create a unique experience for couples across Australia by designing custom one-of-a-kind websites that have everything they envision and need to help plan and share their wedding journey all in one place.
Unfortunately, because it was mostly unheard of here in Australia, I didn’t have the time to educate people on wedding websites while I was still in the process of developing my marketing & design business while learning and upskilling as I went. So, I put Your Forever Day on hold.
Now, three years later, my skills are extensive, including a certification in mastering marketing – including high-end, Experience-First design.
And, after discovering wedding websites are now very popular with engaged couples through my son & his fiancé, they encouraged me to resurrect Your Forever Day as there is now a huge need for this service.
So here we are…

What you Get
As the happy couple, you get to choose the package that’s right for your needs & budget, just like you get to choose everything for the big day.
You choose the style, colours, theme and the right package you want to make your wedding website perfect.
Your website will have its own private domain name, not a sub-domain from Your Forever Day.
A year’s worth of hosting is also included, with a small monthly payment if want to keep the site after the first year.
A completely private website. Only give the website’s address (URL) & passwords to your family and friends. Unsearchable on search engines to keep your privacy (unless otherwise stated by you).
The best part is it’s completely done for you until completion. And, depending on your chosen package, it can be completely edited and updated by us for up to 6 months. That means there is nothing for you to do except supply the content.
A lot of time goes into planning a wedding. You want to be able to take advantage of having a wedding website to help you plan your wedding and other events, not create more work for yourself by having to design and manage your website yourself.Â
Imagine, saving you time, trying to work it out and work on it yourself, especially if you don’t have the skills (not everyone is a designer or tech orientated).
